    Best Box Under ?150

    I have an Openbox S10 at the moment however I feel I need a little upgrade.
    I dont follow trends or whats the latest box etc so looking for ideas on what you guys think is the best box under ?150.

    for support ect and what it can do the tm5402hd for closed source or a dm800hdse (clone) for linux both come in at around ?130. regards mdt

      Thanks for the advice and both do look very capable.
      Whats the EPG like? Is it Now and next or does it have a few days?

          As mdt stated both of his suggestions support 7 day EPG systems but they are implemented in different ways, the 5402 has to be placed on a EPG transponder for 2-5 mins while it downloads the data the DM800se as well as the XP1000 as suggested by cactikid download the EPG data from the transponder also but do it very quickly and is then stored either hard drive or external USB Stick

            does this cause the box to crash in the end? or does the old EPG get deleted automatically, when downloading new EPG? digicon.

              On the linux receiver the EPG gets stored as i said on the H/D or USB pen drive and then loaded into the ram when needed, when you refresh or re-download the EPG it just over writes the existing file and starts a fresh. No it does not cause the box to crash
