    BisTV

Hey all. I cant get any of the BisTV channels Bouquet on my protek 9760 to work. I can get all the other Hotbird bouquet's so cant see it being a dish alignment problem.

Can someone check to see if they can get BisTV.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the reply mdt. Just checked it again and no signal on any Biz tv channels. Others still working and plenty FTA channels as well.

Might try tweaking the dish at the weekend, just to make sure.

Bis working ok mate on 9760HD last night if the channels show on your "bouquet" and all other 13E channels are ok try a "restore factory default" but make a note of all your settings particularly lat/long set in box if using usals and back up your channel list 1st as these will be wiped. if you want to have a backup list try this one

Here is a weird one for you! Painting the living room yesterday so had to disconect box, cables ect. Anyway, a few hours later put it all back together and Biz channels working. No idea why but not complaining.

Thanks for the tips on what it could have been.

Bit of static or the box required a reboot in the first place by the looks of it.
