can we clone a smart card? Is it possible? ,for examlpe if we have a blank card and a gamma card ,can we clone this gamma card into that blank card.

No: is the answer ...it very hard to clone a smartcard as the real card has to be cracked first and then an emulator has to be developed to run it, all the cards on sale today including the Gamma card have gone through this process and only open what has been previously hacked or opened running on that particular OS..
Smartcard and emulation cards are a form of extracting money out of people pockets in a controled manner to open encrypted channels that can be opened freely with the right equipment and know how...
Yes we have all thought about it in the past if it was that easy we would all be doing it (and perhaps making some nice money from it as well)
