    Some advice please...

At the moment I have cab*e tv, I am now considering getting a satellite receiver to further my viewing. I already have a 1mtr motorised dish installed from the good old days of D2MAC which is still in good working order.
What I want to know is which is a good sat box to buy and is also easy to update with pleanty of help & support.
Or is it the wrong time to buy a sat box and I should waite to see what changes in encryption take place before spending my money.
    Thanks for your advice.

I would recommend getting a clone dm600S from China or an openmedia box which is a sat/cable box. At least with the Openmedia box you could always use the cable if you can't get what you want with the sat.
