A Clue as to what satellite receiver you have and need help with would be a start so people can help you

dynavision 7800hd pvr will not boot when you switch on just red stand by light comes on. i had boxed checked it is not hardware related issue. so i am looking for software loader to flash via rs232 cable i have the the file it is ird all the loaders i have found been for .abs files. help on this please.

Maybe 95 views but its a bit of niche receiver from what i can see and people will only post if they have the information for you. It just so happens that i did a quick google search and found the official site: Welcome to DYNAVISION " Digitalize your Vision"?

Which if you look further down the page actually has your model i believe and on the right hand side has a software download for this: DV7800HDPVR (L6.26 Loader ) now i am not saying thats the correct model or even the loader your looking for but thats all i could find

Thanks for your reply thats all i wanted some feed back. Your info is correct i checked dynavision website before they do not have software loader to flash with RS232. If anybody out there come across some solution to this i will be thankful.

Do you know what S/W or F/W is on it now? Other than saying the original...

How did you update it before my friend?

You want IRD files you say, so are these the correct ones you need for serial flash?

Thanks a lot these are the right files. the last time i flashed was via usb when the box was working. But now the box will not boot so i have to flash with Rs232 method with serial cable for that i need the software uploader, that i can not find anywhere...
