well if your buying from satfool deals be pre paired to pay customs 24 euros

there site makes it look like there in the EU uk BUT not the case and don't bother to pay extra for dhl as its a croc

the guy who owns it , although a decent guy from what ive been told and i bought my vu+duo(original) off him without issue just sells on DMM PRC imports with a hefty lump added so why not just go direct to the source and save yourself ?50 (in some cases)? i use nextbay as although there are slightly cheaper PRC suppliers there rep is good with very few returns and they dont send second hand or faulty boxs like some i could mention that get recommended all over the forums. regards mdt

Nextbay is the worst place to buy from. My cousin brought a Vu duo clone from them and it only lasted a few months. He contacted them several times to sort the problem and they just ignored his emails.

I am afraid that applys to all PRC suppliers including the UK drop shippers. Although i have never had cause for complaint that does not mean someone else will but for the price paid i think somehwere you have to factor in losing something when thngs go wrong.

This is always why most would champion the official route so you are covered.

Bought from them before, I bought a sat meter and its was fantastic service. The owner is well known on the sat scene and has been of a long time.

Here is a picture of information on shop. Does not say i ship from uk, witch in most times i do to avoid some of the issues like the ones you had.

Not many people will be coming here with complains like yours as not many pay taxes when getting the goods.

You had the choice of refusing the goods and avoid paying for it. A full refund would be issued on return of the items.
