fta channels with out a card

hi guys when they go and switch off the old blue cards is there a way of still watching the fta channels like 4 and 5 without the card?

You can get them for free right now on Astra 2D 28.2E

Channel 4: 10714.00 H, 22000 5/6 (there's multiple for each region)

Five: 10773.00 H, 22000 5/6
