Help with hispasat channels. dm500s

hi all im trying to view all channels on hispasat but my dm doesnt seem to find them, i have 81%snr 94%agc and 0%ber is this not a good enought signal to get all channels?
any help is muh apreciated.

you should really be putting these dm500 questions in the dm500 enigma1 forum here

as for 30w , depends on your location, dish size, and if you are actually pointing a dish at 30 west

here in the uk a 60cm size dish or bigger is good enough for 30w
