Its a PRC supplier and never pay by Bank transfer either pay by Paypal with a credit card so you have protection with both forms of payment or just with a credit card directly

yes most banks charge a fee and rates of exchange are not all the same dont forget to allow for hm customs vat etc on importted goods you may be lucky to get away with it but keep it in mind also what would be the return postage if anything goes wrong.
