Help needed to disable parental level on Viaccess CAM

I have a legal Viaccess CAM and card but on one of the channels it keeps asking for the password. It gives only three attempts so I don't want to guess at the correct one. It could be 0000 or maybe 1234.

I am trying to disable the prompts and bypass completely the Parental levels. The main reason for the problem is I cannot set for unattended recording if it requires input. Can anybody point me or help with how to change the settings.

there were no instructions with the cam and card? you could try contacting the company you got the card and cam off. what card is it? bis-tv are using 8080 but more information could help us find a solution,regards mdt

No instructions were given with either the card or the cam. I contacted both companies but they both said they could not help! The card is a Redlight 12 channel and the Viaccess cam is a SMIT. The problem is with the Dorcel TV channel.
