Help with hispasat lnb/transponders

Hi all any help would be great, so I got my dm working and I'm viewing channels on hispasat tvi,sic and a few others, now my problem is I get a very good signal on the channels I'm viewing , but the tranponders I want I get a very weak signal, it's like I turn the lnb a little and I get the other transponders but then the channels I had before get a 63% signal and I can't view them, I've been tweaking the lnb all day and when I do get both working its got so much ber that they keep freezing, could this be the lnb? I was advised to get a invert ultra black lnb as they give a more powerful signal?! Any ideas are greatly appreciated .

We need a little more information before we can assist you further such as Location, Line of Sight, Dish Make/Size, Current LNB,Satellite Receiver used etc...

Thanks, location Braintree Essex, dish size 80cm fixed, lnb televes0,7db , receiver dreambox 500s pretty much clear view houses to the right but not in the way and like I sayd I can get the channels but its like turn one way get one bunch turn a bit more and get a diferent bunch but can't seem to get both at same time

Hi. Its seems to me that your dish is not aligned properly. Put it on a weak channel and then tweak your dish until signal or picture is perfect. Also try to skew the LNB to see if it improves quality.

I would suggest if possible see if you can borrow an lnb and try this first before you purchase a new one, but from your posts the problem does seem to relate directly to the LNB
