Motor Problem

Hi, I setup a motorised system at a friends a couple of years ago, all was perfect until Thursday night. The dish will not move to any sats west of 28 but if I move it to 42 or further it moves perfect back to 28. The box is a spiderbox 7000 with a dark motor. I have tried the box at mine and it works perfect to thor and back to 42e then back to 30w. So Im guessing the motor is goosed or a faulty connection. There are no limits set in the box and never have been. Any help would be good.

at the home location change the box to diseqc1.2 and clear the limits in order to reset the motor, possibly do a complete reset while in that menu, then switch back to usals and ensure the longitude and latitude are set correctly and test it
