Nbox 5800sx

Hi guys

Have been reading up about these boxes dual tuners and are available for ?99 on ebay. Has anyone got 1 and what are they like?

I have and am very pleased with it. I bought from Comet24 on the bay as I know they are genuine converted to Enigma 2. Some of the boxes off the bay have been known to not be properly converted. However, each to their own. Dual tuner works fine when set up and full 7 day EPG with Crossepg or front end it with CoolTV guide

thinking of getting this nbox 5800sx,can you tell me can you press record on remote,and it will record that channel,like sky plus box does for you,for this money that might be a lot to ask,just want it easy for my wife to use,thanks,also is hd picture good on it?

does any one know what this might be,getting green screen some times,on nbox 5800sx has to reboot,now I have no picture, but sound?also remote has no effect on nbox,install image again nebula zero 2,but happened again,any help would be great

my name here is thomas, I am thinking of getting the nbox 5800sx, seems great for the money, because I am new I might have posted in wrong place, ihave a........... I just put it in with remote in my skybox f5, but going by the reading here looked hard to do, is there a very simple guide for to read before I buy nbox, worried I might be over my head to get ...................., I read .................. with nbox 5800sx, will not be able to watch and record another channel, can anyone say if this is correct, hope someone knows to help me, thanks

The Nbox 5800sx as a twin tuner is excellent value for money. it does not have the bells and whistles that other boxes have due to the lack of memory but run as a simple box to watch and record channels it works very well. With the Hyperion image you can record one channel and watch another, timeshift works great, the crossepg for me has been faultless so far.

you might be overloading the memory with addons.?
try hyperion plus make sure you have the epg loading to the hardrive
