assuming you have no obstructions like trees or walls you should not need to lift the dish as it would still work even at ground level
the wall mounting bracket or brackets may allow you to tilt the dish clockwise or anti-clockwise a bit in order to get the slope right
you can adjust the skew in the lnb holder as it will need to be slightly clockwise with the bottom feed cable at about 7 o`clock or so
you can also adjust the dish mount elevation up or down until you peak the signal on 19e (also left and right too)
what you cannot easily do is alter the lnb arm length to adjust any focal point

. Anyhoo, ive got 19.2e off new dish, 28.2e on old dish, both running through discecq. im happy with that for the moment,
