Yes m8 ,BT acquired ESPN'S UK and Ireland TV channels business in a deal understood to be worth in the "low tens of millions".
The deal is expected to be completed on July 31, after which BT will continue to operate at least one ESPN-branded channel, expected to form part of the BT Sport TV package to be launched this summer. -

As well as the rights to show 38 live games a season from the Barclays Premier League, including 18 of the top picks, BT Sport has also secured the rights to live top-tier matches from Serie A in Italy, Ligue 1 in France, Brasileiro in Brazil and Major League Soccer in the USA.
And BT's acquisition of ESPN's TV channels business in the UK and Ireland will bring the rights to show live games for the FA Cup, Scottish Premier League, Europa League and the German Bundesliga.
BT Sport will also show up to 69 live rugby union games a season from the Aviva Premiership.
In addition, BT has signed a deal with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) to show up to 800 hours of live tennis, including the TEB BNP Paribas WTA Championships.

Setanta Sports have won the right to broadcast 33 Saturday afternoon Barclays Premier League games live in the Republic of Ireland for the next three years.
The news means football fans can continue to watch all televised Saturday 3pm games exclusively live on Setanta Sports until the end of the 2015-16 season with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Manchester City set to feature regularly.
***8220;We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Setanta Sports in Ireland which dates back to 2004 when they first started showing live Barclays Premier League games in the Republic," chief executive of the Premier League, Richard Scudamore said.
"They will continue to provide Irish fans with top quality coverage of the Barclays Premier League and we look forward to working with them in the coming seasons.***8221;
The news comes just days after Setanta confirmed that it had secured the rights to the Republic of Ireland's upcoming international friendlies against England and Spain.
Setanta have the Irish rights to England v Republic of Ireland on May 29th, the first meeting of the sides in 18 years, while Setanta will have exclusive coverage of Republic of Ireland v Spain from Yankee Stadium in New York on June 11.
Commenting on the acquisition of the Premier League rights, Brian Quinn, Marketing Director of Setanta Sports said: ***8220;We are absolutely delighted and very grateful to the Premier League for entrusting us with their 3pm games for another three seasons.
"The beginning of the 2013/2014 season in August will mark Setanta***8217;s 10th consecutive year showing live Saturday 3pm Premier League games. It is still the traditional kick-off time in most fan***8217;s minds and one that features a great calibre of games.
"This season so far we have featured Liverpool and Man United, Ireland***8217;s two most followed teams, 15 times and in 16 of our other games we have shown Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City and Tottenham. We expect more of the same for the next three seasons."
Setanta Sports also broadcast a wide range other premium sport including live Allianz Leagues GAA, Europa League, Champions League, Setanta Sports Cup, Airtricity League of Ireland, Ligue 1, Serie A, The Masters, The Open Championship, UK horseracing, NRL, NHL, F1, NASACAR and Roland Garros.Comment

ESPN will be available on 28 east, however not as part of a SLy TV package, It is only available via a subscription from BT.
BT as you are all most probably aware are offering BT Sports 1 & 2, and ESPN free as part of their Broadband package. When you subscribe to their broadband option you get a choice of which platform you would like BT 1 & 2 and ESPN on. Either on Youview via BB connection or you give them your satellite viewing card number and it get switched on on the 1st August 2013.Comment
