Mini Sky Pace box

Hi
Can anyone help im new to this sky stuff having come from virgin, Problem!! I Have a pace mini box in my camper with a automatic Oyster Vision dish v1, im having problems getting all the fta channels, do i need a card, also i tried a technomate box on the dish and it dont work, the controller says connect box please but its is connected??

No card required for fta channels on any box
maybe you have the dish pointed at the wrong satellite ?
try them both on a fixed sly dish just to make sure they work correctly

no idea about your oyster dish however, which is probably where your problem lies
