Which is better: powerline or USB wifi dongle?

Hi there, if I was to get a Skybox F5, which would be the better option a couple of those powerline things or the usb wifi dongle that's advertised everywhere? I'm sure there are opinions out there and just want to get an idea of peoples thoughs and maybe experience. In my situation, where the wireless router is, I can't run a cable directly to the skybox so looking for ideas.....Thanks, Harry

Go for the powerline homeplugs, it's better to have the box connected through ethernet.

Another vote for home plugs. Had my 5 solwise 200 mbps running for about 3 years without any problems at all.
Every time I get a new gadget, simply buy a new homeplug, plug it in and away we go.

anyone got a wifi repeater thing? can u connect it using home plugs?

You can buy a homeplug that acts as a wifi repeater/extender as well. Not the cheapest thing in the world though. If you are asking can you plug a wifi repeater into a homeplug I don't see why not it is no different to connecting to router by cable
