    Having problems with satellite quality.

    Hi i have a technomate 5302hd i have all the channels running on Astra 28.2. but the quality keeps going up and down. Does anyone know what the problem is i have changed the motor wire lnb. receiver wire to motor. everything really. i think it my be either my latitude or wrong alinement. i thought i should come to this forum TO THE PRO'S

    I think for the benefit of some help could you tell us what system your running including Dish, LNB, Motor & Cable as i do know the 5302 should be fine but could you also tell us if you patched the receiver and if so what version

      what do you mean by quality? do you mean signal quality or are the $ channels stopping/glitching all the time? if its the latter then its down to broadband or more likely your provider. regards mdt

        the dish i am using is a technomate 100cm , lnb tm-1, motor is horixon NH-210 DISEqC 1.2. cables i dont know what they are but there all new.

              And what patch are you running on the 5302 as there where 2 new ones in the last couple of weeks released: Download center last patch 06/06/3013

                yes i also have the new phantompatch. i really don't see the problem.

                  Well it could be any manner of things but if the box is up to date and working OK then it looks like your dish is out of alignment
