Satlink HD satellite finder meter WS-6922

Hi to all,
my friend try to update unit and during update battery died and unit now not work. I read flash memory inside MX25L6406E but I have not ori dump. I downloaded firmware on website but it have extension img, like a packed file. I try to unpacked but without success. Can someone tell me how I can unpacked file or have ori bin file for flash?
