Blade 7000s audio problems

Hi I'm running a blade 7000s on the latest firmware, from time to time around 4-5 times a day on any channel be it free view or encrypted the audio just goes off however the image still remains and then when I change the channel the other channels don't work until I switch the box off and on. Anyone have an idea what seems to be the problem? Thanks.

try a factory reset then flash with official fta firmware then,factory re-set again. re-flash with 3rd party firmware,factory re-set then scan the channels in manually instead of using a pre-made list. DONT FORGET to back up your magic files ect before wiping everything,regards mdt

Have you tried a Different Patched firmware at all
