tune satellite

advise please;; i have tried to add a satellite at 9 degs; east i have a techmate 1500ci it does not show in the satellite list on the reciever i put in the transponder number but it does not like it any idea where im going wrong and if possible how to do it thank you

would it be Transponder 69 by any chance..
