I know there is no problem with the lnb or the motor or the receiver. Im basically getting 94% signal and 5% signal quality on hotbird 13e. Thank you.

Do you want physical help as in a member who maybe close by to come and give you a hand or help in the literary way, As there are plenty of Guides for aligning your dish in the Red Stickies section

Hotbird is a very strong satellite here in the UK, and you should have no problem getting it as long as all the other satellites can be found. Can you get other satellites on your motorised dish ?

The word is Perseverance take your time and before you do anything else read the Stickies Guide on how to set up your dish and as Its a Scam pointed out fine tuning you will get there in the end

See if you can move a TV set to a position that you can see when aligning the dish. That way you will see the signal strength and picture quality without going up and down the ladder...

make sure you have your receiver set to usals and your correct longitude and latitude set for your location
then set the box onto a known and working fta channel on the satellite you are using to line the motor up
some would use bbc world news on thor for this to try to get the top of the motor set correctly
or use an fta news channel on 13e instead if you wish

before you start, make sure the motor is set to your latitude and lock this up and dont touch it again
once you have this all set, and with a tv available from your working position, adjust the dish up and down and left or right accordingly
when you are on the sat the picture and sound will come onscreen for your chosen alignment channel, fine tune this to peak the signal and quality, and lock it

now test other sats and fta channels to make sure everything is ok, fine tuning if required
dont bother checking scrambled channels until you are happy the fta channels are sorted
