satellite elevation question?

do i have to round the elevation mine is 30.1 so im guessing it has to be 30. I really dont no so im going to test it out now, i just wanted to make sure.

not quite sure what you mean by your elevation being 30.1? with a motor in the UK dish bracket elevation will be somewhere between 22 and 23 (but these scales are not accurate) and the motor elevation will be between 30 and 40.
if you are talking about a fixed dish elevation will depend on the sat you want and your location.
