Redline TS3000 HD Restarts when on HD channel

Hello guys has anyone experience Redline TS3000 HD box continues to restarts itself when on HD channel. I am new to this box and it's been a difficult 2 days of battle to get it stable. anytime I tune to HD channel it always goes to like a frozen green view and reboot the box. please help if you can to resolve this issue for me.

I would check the stb resolution , it might be set too low .
I know this is an old post but it might help the next person
