digivox xl please helppp

hi i have a digivox xl black box all channels went down the other day and will not find any channels i have done a factory reset turned emu on scanned all providers i dont no wat else to do can someone plzzz help?
my system info is
s/w version v-13-2.0002
boot version 01

is this a satalite box or cable 1.......as you have posted in satalite...... please redo ya post but in cable section
