Some channels won't be picked on 13e

Hi
There are some channels that I can't pick on 13e using 1.1m motorized dish. The frequencies for example are: 12539 H 27500 and 11919 V 27500
Theses channels are part of mediaset package.

I thought every channels on 13e can be picked.

You will not be able to pick those up as they are ACM/VCM streams (Adaptive Code Modulation) i dont think there are any standard satellite receivers available today that can display these streams correctly someone correct me if i am wrong. I have a TBS6925 PCIe computer satellite card than can display these streams perfectly so you would need one of these cards to view those channels current retail is around ?200
