Nanoxx, Protek, Max etc. Mr Devilfish.

    Hey all.

Was reading a few threads re Nanoxx and was mention by a few that we could maybe do with a sub category for these boxes.

I pm'd Devilfish, he replied that he didnt think there was a call for one as not many questions are asked, thus it would be a dead sub cat and waste of space. Fair point.

Do we think there is a need for one??

I said I would post this and to pop by and see if there is the demand.

    Thanks for reading.

i think there is no real point at all! if terriers wasn't here then no one would even talk about these boxes (maybe the odd time)! i think we should stick to the general sat section and make threads there! there are alot of receiver makes out there but DevilFish has only made sections for Technomate and DreamBox as the other sections would be very sluggish!

no i dont see a reason to add a sub category either, there isnt much demand on these boxes and any info will provided in the existing satellite sections

unless you could have a prefix drop down menu like in the dreambox cable section stating what reciever it is dm500 dm600 etc when you start a new thread
could have a selection of recievers so people can find a thread to a certain box maybe without having a sub section
        dm800-s=1.1 m triax motorised dish=titanium twin lnb

DIGITAL KAOS BEST SITE ON THE NET

please use the thanks button if someone has helped

I think it was me that started all the talk about maxx 1000 stb , cos id never heard of them but was given one by my mate ,
thanx to terriers i now know alot more about this box and i think we dont need a full section to this one box ,but maybe for all the lesser known boxes ,
If not people should just ask or post in the general satellite section like i do and some body will always have a answer

Keep up the good work DK awesome site

the box i have has 2 dedicated sites,,one of them is dedicated
to this box alone...and is run by the enthusiasts who run the server...and contrary to what you think they are adding packages all the time!!!....also as well as the official server the top packages are also available FREE on seperate newcamd servers...if thats not covering all bases i dont know what is.....
my box runs on 3 seperate newcamd servers as well as the official one........

I think it may be worth getting one of these boxes rather than a diablo & cas3 programmer.
                    Keep calm carry on.

I'm considering getting one myself. It sounds like it will do what I want it to do, or, perhaps more importantly, Mrs Philthy will be convinced it will

Okay, these boxes are pretty much plug and play. You will need a internet connection for your receiver.
We cannot discuss with you the forums which are dedicated to these recivers and its alike.

                              The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.
