28 east channels

hi, i have a protek 9760 and seem to have lost a large ammount of channels on 28 east s-y sport3and 4 animal planet discovery , are they likely to return or have we had the best of the protek,is anyone else in the same boat ? regards

Just for your information its nothing to do with the Protek IKS Patch as 28.2? east is not part of the dark Forces, Did you by chance buy your box from Skywise or did you add the 28.2? east part yourself to the box so to speak

i didnt buy the box from skywise but i did get 28 east added which has been good for 18 months, all i was asking was does any one know if it is likely to come back, hope i am not breaking any rules by asking that question.

delete all channels on 28.2 east then scan with network search on then try again. there have been alot of changes but if ss1/2 are ok then 3 and 4 should be. dont worry about 28.2east m8 as you have plenty to watch on the other sats unlike the fixed dish f3 brigade who are in for dark screens soonner or later as are we all on that orbital slot unless you use your own crippled sly provided stb. regards mdt
