Jsc sports activation signal

I ordered and received a new jsc sports card on the 16th July from Techdigital
I have dealt with them for a few years and found them reliable but although previous cards I have got from them were activated this one was not
I put it in viaccess cam and +1 and +2 were working but not the rest of the channels
I phoned up and he said there was a problem with al jazeera at the moment regarding activation and he said jsc+1 and Jsc +2 were samples and sure enough they went off a couple of days later
I have scoured the internet and cant see any mention of a problem with jsc sports card activation signal
I have had my card sitting in a cam in a Tm 5400 CI slot for a week now and I keep getting the same script from Techdigital that it is out of his control
His line is that Al Jazeera are clearing the system in preparation for the EPL and that I will get an activation signal eventually
In the smart card menu it reads Al Jazeera Subscription per Class 2013/07/17- 2013/07/19 Class 7
Is that what it is supposed to read if card is not activated?
Am I being strung along or does it sound plausable ?

Thats your 2 day free viewing of +1 & +2 i have not heard or aware of JSC having activation problems, Generally you ask the supplier to ask Al Jazeera to activate the card and then leave on +2 for a few hours for the activation signal.

You could try them direct by using a proxy and going into the JSC activation centre and ask for a signal resend to see if that works

yes i agree last year my card went off after a few days my supplier send a activation signal then it worked ok

I saw a message On the JSC CARDS site apologising to all customers who had ordered cards and renewals from the 22nd July explaining that the Al jazeera system was offline
and that their orders would be dealt with as soon as it was up and running again
I have tried to get through to the self service page myself with a proxy and the page is not coming up

just paid for adding +9/10 & hd to my card and noticed after that jsc cards are saying system down but no word on when or if will be back up again. Hope I have not just lost 59? :-(
appreciate if anyone else gets news on this if they could reply here

new packages but no prices for the pl just the packages you could buy last year and you dont know if it will broadcast on 13e

New package includes extra 4 HD channels and US sports as standard in event package. Prices and ordering available on August 1st. None knows if will be on 13e until August 1 st but reckon will be few matches in foreign language on 13e with English studio pre and post match with Andy Gray and Richard keys who will be on jsc sport 3 and jsc sport hd 6
