'Discovery HD' has now changed transponders, moving from 12.324 V 29.500 3/4 to 12.363 V 29.500 3/4

'Sky Sports News HD' has now changed transponders, moving from 12.266 H 29.500 3/4 to 11.798 H 29.500 3/4

Ive Noticed these channels av gone I usually go into all channels, and add over to bouquet, I can't find a working history hd channel
how do I get it working, if anyone can help us out
I'm into manual scan setup, changed frequency to 12363 then ok but still no history ch, is there something else I need to do ?

I can't seem to receive sky disney, the frequency seems to match but just no signal?
