Skybox F3 channel list help!!!

hey guys, i have the F5 and i got a new channel list today. So i set it up and it worked perfect. Got all my odd scrambled channels. Everything is perfect.....until i tried to install the same list on my parents F3 box. In theory i thought it work just as it did on my F5 but now they have now signal on every channel!!!! I've checked the network, internet is on, sealine is active so what have i done?? Any help greatfully appriciated.

Did you delete the old channel list before installing the new one ???
