Full System to stream

Hi Everyone,

My friends and I are looking to all chip in to buy for a full satellite system so one of us can have the system and the stream all of the english football to the rest of us.

Would it be possible for someone to tell me everything I need to go ahead with this?

Ive looked over google and I've found loads! I just dont know what i need to buy and I dont want to buy a dish that may not work with the box I buy and that may not be able to stream etc.

All dishes work with all boxes and if you are struggling with that bit I don't hold out much hope for you. If you have come to this decision due to the developments with al jazeera then you will need a dish big enough to land a 747 with, in fact you could probably land a 747 on it if you want to receive that signal in the uk

the trouble is you are asking others to aid and abet you to perform an illegal act - which frankly isnt really "on" and most people here "know better"

its one thing getting something for nothing but quite another to ask how to set up a server and distribute these channels illegally

the last person who tried something similar had a massive dish in his back garden, was found out, and is now eating porridge,bread and water

I tend to agree with others that if you dont actually know how to set this up from a technical point of view, you arent the person to be actually trying to do it,its not as if there is going to be a simple "dummies guide" to such an undertaking - due to the very nature of it

I didnt think it was such a big issue, I knew it was illegal as I paid someone a few years ago to stream and he told me what I needed but I totally forgot and I swear it only cost around ?500 and the dish wasnt anything like the size of the dish that the guy had from the mail.

I gave you a lot of help. I explained where to find that information and that you will need a huge dish to receive epl from all jazeera in uk. All the info is there and as ramjet explained there will never be any guide to be found. All that info on one place would be the end of the site hosting it. Your job is to gather that info, decipher it and put it into practice without asking in an open forum How to. You will always get help with the parts that are not illegal but rarely will you find an open answer for the parts that are. Good luck with your quest and as you figure out most of it I'm sure we'll see you back with questions that we can answer for you. But I will give you one straight answer to one straight question which should have been your first question. Can I get the epl from all jazeera in the UK. The answer to that is probably depending on location and weather but dish is going to have to be over 2m in diameter and getting close to 4 or 5 of you want stability of signal.

From the OP's original Post i can see where he may be getting mixed up and the original post should have been some what clearer as it stands it appears to me that the OP wants to either:

A: Setup a Card Sharing server with several friends each having there own Satellite receiver which has been kindly explained by our veteran members this sort of thing breaks all the forum rules and as such cannot be discussed in detail

B: Setup a Single satellite Dish and receiver from a single premises and then distibute said signal over a network using the IPTV protocol which would require his friends all to have IPTV receivers, which unless you have a good knowledge of networking and IPTV to start with then you dont stand a chance unless your willing to read for the next 6 months at a rate of around 10 hours a day.

If it is Option A then this thread can go no further

What I thought he meant was to have a single setup at his house getting a good hd picture and broadcast a stream from his box that his mates have all chipped in for so they can watch a shitty Internet stream on laptop or tablet. Which would either need him to obtain a broadcasting licence and bid for epl rights along side al jazeera or break the law and use third party software that can read m3u and allow you to send invite codes to private broadcast. It actually works very well but by christ it's a quick way to meet a man in a red cloak and a wig
