installers help please

i have a openbbox s10 conected to my 1m dish and cable from the loop through to a cloud box the openbox to turn the dish, but when the openbox is on 28e when going to the cloud box it says no tuner but if i turn off the openbox the cloud box works, can i not have both on at the same time.

if your running two boxes and using the loop out
from one box to the other, then for both boxes
to be able to move the dish one box must be on standy
at all times while your using the other

if both are on at the same time only the master box controls the motor and lnb, the slave box will only get a few channels that are "tuned in" by the master box, same polarity ; same transponder etc

for your slave box to have full control of the motor and lnb the main box needs to be on standby
