New Blade 7000s

Recently bought a new blade box. Seems to be working pretty well - have channel scanned and updated firmware plus channel firmware from USB successfully. However, 2 problems:

1. There is no server information contained in 9991 - how do i get this or purchase this?

2. When i try to connect via ip settings, it says connection failed? (possible linked to there being no server information?)

1) use google

2) make sure you have a valid working connection to your router, then sort out 1) using google , and try again

This is a bit Ironic ! I have all the info ready but cannot get to 9991 because of the firmware, which I will update later. Is DCHP turned on ? if not turn it on. your IP address should start 192.168.***.***
