39 east no services help please

I cant pick up services on 39 east anybody know why my other satelites are picking up service and i am locked on 39 east but no services

Make sure the skew is set properly. It is a big offset, it is -28.4 where I live.

Then find a clear channel to test from here:

Hellas Sat 2 (39?E) - All transmissions - frequencies - KingOfSat
