looking for a cheap easy to use HD box for FTA use on a fixed dish for 19.2E to install for someone,will a skybox F3 do the job?

Yep. If you only need a single tuner box, then the F3 will work.

Not sure if there are any channel lists around for 19.2e. I just do a blind scan & stick the few channels that I'm interested in, in a single Favourites folder.

It'll do the job but only now and next epg and not much in the way of plugins.
If it's just for watching telly, it'll do.

Not too sure on this but i read elsewhere on this very forum that the F3 will give you full 7 day epg on 19.2? east and its only 28.2? east that gives it now and next

digicom is right. On 19.2e you will get 7 day EPG. I am looking at it right now.
