Help with Redline TS3000

Hi guys,

I really need some help please! My TS3000 has decided to stop showing channels can anyone advise me how to do a factory rest then reinstall so that it works please?

Charlotte. Did u get this sorted? Have had a TS3000 for 10 months and is working OK after one or two teething problems.

Hey althom40 do you happen to know how to fix the you tube function on this box?

Charlotte. YouTube via this box is not a function that I use.
However I checked---menu/mediacenter/netcentre/youtube and that opens Youtube with a selection of clips for you to view.
I tried a couple and they are opening ok.

Hi, I am having the same problem, box was working fine all these months and all of a sudden I cant see the picture however the subtitles are working and the screen just says ' Scramble Channel ' all the channels are still there but wont show anything! except for the free channels. I hope this makes sense, please try and help as my kids are driving me crazy without Disney and Nick Jr.
