neosat 9900hd to get Spanish tv

hi everyone

I was wondering what satellite I should point my dish to get Spanish tv. On Astra 19 shows a lot of channels but all encrypted on andulucia tv. Non hot bird getting only tve international. I would like to maybe stay on Astra 19 and get la 1, la2, siesta etc.

Can you help how to do this. My neosat 9900hd have 2 dish sly and another for either hot bird or Astra using a disecq. Work well. But not sure what do with these channel with dollar sign for Spanish tv.

Unless your going to subscribe to the Provider in question with a legitimate card and use it in the receiver then any discussion relating to acquiring paytv services for free wont happen sorry due to Forum Rules on the subject. Anything else ask away
