BM7000 (Blade) sound issue

Hi Guys ! hope you're all well ?

The kids are watching films through the media player on the box and the sound keeps randomly cutting out, picture is OK and the film carries on playing ? any ideas ?

All connected with HDMI cables all checked and OK
Drive formatted through the box itself, I assume this is FAT32 although have not checked on computer yet ?
Lastest firmware is used with 9991 access.

The kids films are all 1080 and they are quite large files, could this be it ?

Running out of ideas guys, any advice/help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Personally, I wouldn't rely on the Blade as a media player. It will always cause you difficulties. I'd recommend spending ?70 on a WD TV Live Media Player.
