I had this problem with several E1 box's this week DM500s. The box's did not find any of the moved channels when scanned. The answer was to go into openpli website and download the new DM500 firmware they have just put there to solve this E1 problem. Flash the box with this firmware, do a automatic scan 28.2 then happy days. When commando update their firmware go back to your image of choice. There are plenty of E1 sky bouquets lists with the bt channels and updates on them knocking about.Comment

Hi. Is your dish aligned correctly to pick up the new frequencies??? If possible try a second receiver and see what happens. Also is it one of those old type receivers where you have to delete the old channels before it scans the new ones in??.
