I did this for E1 box, you will know how to manual scan a transponder im sure but the freqs etc are samepress menu
          setup
          service searching
          manual transponder scan

          fill in boxes as below

          Frequency 10978
          polarity vertical
          FEC 5/6
          symbol rate 22000

then press green ok to search. once complete to access new channels exit when done and BT sports should now work

and if the court rules against one of the 2 parties it could well disappear by the 10th october , as at the moment its being dual fed pending a court decision

its also not just bt sports as dozens of channels are affected

I had this problem with several E1 box's this week DM500s. The box's did not find any of the moved channels when scanned. The answer was to go into openpli website and download the new DM500 firmware they have just put there to solve this E1 problem. Flash the box with this firmware, do a automatic scan 28.2 then happy days. When commando update their firmware go back to your image of choice. There are plenty of E1 sky bouquets lists with the bt channels and updates on them knocking about.

Hi. Is your dish aligned correctly to pick up the new frequencies??? If possible try a second receiver and see what happens. Also is it one of those old type receivers where you have to delete the old channels before it scans the new ones in??.

                            Regards.

Final freq for BT 1/2 12574H, sym 23000. They will be more freqs changes in 4 to 6 weeks when Astra2E will replace Astra 1N when Astra 1N moves to 19 east.
