soiderbox 9000hd wont let me scan some transponders

soiderbox 9000hd wont let me scan some transponders... i am only picking up 300 channels on sky uk... try installing bt sports freq 12515H coming up no channels got 86 signal and 98 quality. cheers all lee

clear out all the dead channels and transponders and then try again
