no problems with 15w here , including both espn channels loud and clear (but scrambled)

try zagros tv on 10997 V 5090 and bbc persian on 12608 H 19279 , both working fine here and fta

given the recent troubles you had with 42e I think you may not have your system setup correctly for tracking the arc

Yes ive had problems with 42E however i did fine tweek the Dish up n Down on the strongest Transponder but to no avail i now accept am more West than Most People are on Here in the UK so i,ll accept lower Signal strength but i am getting all the other Sats including 5west so i,ll have another go at 15WEST.

mega stong signal here on 15w, west yorkshire. zagros showing 76% signal strenght, espn 72%.
