you have broken the rules with most of your rant, and there is a skybox/openbox forum here for F5 discussions anyway

blackhole is an image (operating system) for VU boxes (linux based boxes) so nothing to do with your F5

as for epg, now and next is the correct epg for third party boxes like yours, but you are comparing it to bespoke epg systems like sly use (unfair comparison)

what you are asking about is illegal so you should not expect others to aid and abet you in this manner, making them just as liable as you

if you wish to do so , that is your choice, but nobody should be expected to be helping you, so that is a false assumption

          you can try google however

you ask a mod or admin to do it

you need to bear in mind that an*y c*ulson is currently in court over his breaking the law and writing it in emails (electronic communication like this forum) and some of his ex colleagues are eating porridge as well for similarly writing it down, so you cannot expect to ask us to do the same for you (although its hacking sly and not phones)

              think about it !!

I will tell you something... different websites specialise in different things and im sure if you looked hard enough, you would find a bunch of people willing to help you in this regard. Im not driving you away from this forum and dont feel like that as we have the biggest skybox openbox sections on the web but there are rules here and we cant break them

Read the Rules here; they apply to Everyone.

There is no need to go to any other forums for that type of information, It just so happens it cannot be discussed in depth so to speak on here.

I can type in 2 words into the Youtube search section one being Skybox and the other C***m and you have a plentiful amount of video instructions to show you exactly what to do

hi there thanks for responsesi have tested a few different things and still get some glitching issues i am ruling out my internet connection becuase speed test are showing 24 ping and 48mbps which is fine yes?

i orginally wrote off the fact it could be a dish alignment issue as all the free channels (such as bbc hd ect) are working fine however s*ysports1 signal qaulity is flunctuating ad dropping to 50 sometimes could this be the issue? do the f5 say scrambled when its a signal issue because i thought that meant it was other issues?

any advice would be much appriectated

broadband is ok, but I agree that your dish alignment may need fixing, unless your box is faulty (you could test a different box on the same feed for comparison)

seeing as i set up dish my self and it was the first time i done it im pritty sure this will be it, the crappy dish finder i purchased did not actaully work so as soon as i got a picture i locked of the dish in that position and it was fine for about 3 weeks and the last week its been glitching not helped by the bad weather maybe?

ive read about inline amplifiers that are only cheap are this worth getting

waste of time m8, as are cheap signal finders , there is more to aligning a dish than what you have done , checking for strong and weak transponders, checking horizontal and vertical channels , making sure the lnb skew is set correctly

so I agree with you that you appear to have not done enough to ensure optimum alignment as your signal issues seem to prove , you have got the dish pointed at the satellites but not optimised for best reception across the range, and maybe your lnb skew is incorrect too

                            more tweaking required
