really need your help please

i really need help please,i have a orton x403 hp by cable,it makes about one month that i'm looking for a solution and i cant find it,i leave in switzrland,and until one month before all channels was ok on the box,but i think they haved changed the codes because i can not see anything more of my channels,everything is encrypted,i just tried some of the firmwares that i find on forums and now i dont have nothing at all,no channels!!!!please how can i do to get my channels again,please sommebody to learn me!thank you really mutch,sorry for my bad english,thank you again

here lies the query is it a sat dvbs receiver you are using via dish or a cable box dvbc receiver,its possible if you have lost channels the sat beam you used may have got smaller and you lost them ,hence more info is needed.

thank for your awser,sorry but i didn't understand everything you said,i'm just lookinf for help to find the last firmware and how te do it to open the crypted channels,like i haved before please!thanks

there seems to be cable versions and sat versions of this box, the sat version is a clone of the openbox s9 I believe

I would advise checking a swedish forum that deals with your own systems there
