box recomendation

hi all could anyone recomend a twin tuner box for use by the elder generation who are not to technical..and will be requireing help often.
would like to run self updating software

not possible , they all require user input and some good basic knowledge of the subject , unless you get a subscription box from you know who !!
or get a twin tuner freesat box like the humax

I suppose auto bouquets on E1 and E2 receivers may be what youre after but even then, they need attention and knowledge.
