greyed out programmes on epg

hi all im getting greyed out programmes on my epg plus some channels are missing and some are showing the wrong programmes that's actually showing
its a vu duo box enigma 2
im a bit of a noob to all this so hopefully its a simple fix

the only time i have seen the channels greyed out is when you are recording or the dish is not aimed at the satellite in question,you may have to check where your dish is pointing

if your using an old channel list that has not updated and said channels have moved they will be greyed out,best to state what image you are using like vix/black hole etc.
