how do you re-tune sky multiroom?

ok son in law has sky multi room the dish is on a wall next to a small bush (when installed)easily accessable as well ,now the bush is growing and is hard against the dish some of his channles are poor ,question how to you fine tune it ?do you alter skew on the lnb(single) ?or do you up/down dish ?or side to side dish? where do you attach meter to check signal i mean what part on the lnb as it has 4 cables?

if bush has grown in the way no amount of tweakings gonna help..you can adjust the skew by simply twisting the lnb in its holder..

Can you take a pic So we can look at the scenario?
Im thinking maybe the bush has altered the dishes position by forcing it out of line!
