Blade Media 7000s newcamd issues

Hi,
I trying to install a new newcamd as my exsisting privided pulled the plug last week. I've entered all the new details in the server list but when I exit and press the red button to connect to the new server nothing happens.
Iam have ths Oct'12 firmwear which worked fine until last week.
I would appriciate it if someone could help.

check the line info you've imputed, you've probably accidentally made a mistake somewhere or put certain characters in the wrong sections
