Hey All
I'm thinking of purchasing a satellite tuner card for and PC. The only real reason is what I want to do is basically stream the TV to mobile device over the internet.
My bandwith at home is only 17mb download 1mb upload. Now its not the fastest speed but maybe transcoding on the PC will allow it to be done.
Any help on what kind of tuner not to expensive I need and how to setup cam file aswel and to achieve success.
I no I'm asking a lot.Any sort info will be grateful
