I guess you mean freeSAT ? Freeview has nothing to do with satellite tv.

Can you give a bit more info please as our crystal balls have stopped working for today ?

If it's an official Sky subscription box the card may have gone to "sleep" for whatever reason, happened to me a while back on BT Sports for no apparent reason.

If this is the case I'll pm you on how to reawaken it without having to phone Sky. But like Rigsby has pointed out albeit in a comical way we need more info before diagnosing the problem.
